To assist the occupier in planning for repair expenditure over the term of the lease Waterrail Roofing Services Ltd can prepare a maintenance and repair plan. When approaching the end of the term the Landlord’s surveyor will no doubt visit the site to prepare a Terminal Schedule of Dilapidations, (list of items) where it is felt that the occupier has not met with their covenants etc. Waterrail Roofing Services Ltd can assist with a review of the Schedule of Dilapidations, which can lead to the minimising of financial exposure in a settlement.
